Our recruitment process has been designed to give you the chance to show us who you are and whether you possess the skills and experience we are looking for. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn more about us and decide whether we are the right company for you.
Once you have created your career profile and submitted your online application it will be assessed by one of our team to see how well it matches our requirements. So the more information you provide to demonstrate you are a good match, the better.
As part of our recruitment process we will ask you to complete a series of psychometric tests which will include both ability tests and a personality questionnaire.
Ability tests are used to gain insight into how you perform on reasoning tasks, such as numerical or verbal reasoning. Questions are usually presented in a multiple-choice format. The best strategy for these tests is to work as quickly and accurately as you can, but not so quickly that you make careless mistakes.
Personality questionnaires focus on assessing your behaviour. You will be asked to describe your preference in communicating and interacting with others and your typical working style by rating how well a number of statements apply to you.

Our interviews are both technical and competency based, so they will be conducted by a member of the Human Resources team and a line manager. These interviews are your chance to provide additional evidence about how you have applied your technical skills and knowledge in the past. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions that matter to you.
The final stage will be a more in-depth discussion of your experience. You may also be asked to make a presentation, complete a case study or take part in a group discussion.
Potential candidates should be wary of approaches that request an interview via an instant messaging service and/or appear to be offering a job for which they have not applied, especially if personal details or money must be sent in order to proceed with the recruitment.
